The role As aBanking Solicitor in Glasgow, you’ll work on banking and finance matters from instruction through to completion. You’ll assist with and increasingly lead on, transactions, managing documentation, coordinating conditions precedent and liaising directly with clients. Work will span lender and borrower-side instructions across a range of sectors, offering variety and technical development. About you
Is qualified in Scotland, ideally withcirca 2+ years’ PQE Has experience in banking, finance or broader commercial law Has exposure to facility agreements and related security Takes a practical, commercial approach to legal advice Manages multiple matters and deadlines effectively Enjoys working as part of a collaborative team
