Opportunity for a Banking & Finance Solicitor to join an international, Top 20 UK Firm in their London office at Associate level.

The firm are now seeking an experienced Banking & Finance Solicitor to join their leading finance team in London.


The Opportunity

The firm's Finance team boast specialist lawyers across a broad range of disciplines within banking & finance particularly within the renewables, tech and sports sectors.


The team are highly skilled in Acquisition finance, Project finance, Real estate finance, Islamic finance, Financial regulation, Restructuring and insolvency and Venture debt finance.


As an experienced Finance Solicitor, you're role will involve advising financial institutions and borrowers on a range of lending work including:


  • Bilateral bank lending work
  • Acquisition finance
  • REF
  • Project finance
  • Multi-jurisdictional lending work in emerging markets
  • Venture debt finance
  • Asset finance

Requirements

  • Qualified Finance Solicitor with 4 - 6 PQE
  • Trained at a Top City Law Firm
  • Excellent academics
