Over the past five years, the London Banking team has experienced significant growth, quadrupling in size, and continues to expand across all levels. The team offers deep expertise across a broad spectrum of finance areas, including:

• Leveraged Finance
• Infrastructure Finance
• Private Credit (with a focus on Structured Finance and ABL)
• Project Finance
• Financial Restructuring
• Asset Finance

The practice advises both lenders and borrowers, with a recent shift toward lender-side mandates. While the team maintains a sector-agnostic approach, it benefits from the firm’s globally recognised strength in energy and infrastructure, providing regular access to high-profile clients in these areas.

Junior associates are encouraged to gain experience across multiple specialisms, fostering a well-rounded practice and supporting long-term professional development. Candidate Requirements:

• Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 1-year post-qualification experience
• Ideally UK-qualified or with substantial UK market experience
• Broad banking experience preferred, though candidates with focused finance backgrounds will also be considered
