Location: Ryde, PO33
⏰ Hours: Ongoing Daily Bank Work
Shift Pattern:
• Full Shift: 4:00 PM – 10:30 AM
OR
• Split Shifts Available:
– 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM
– 1:00 AM – 10:30 AM

Pay: £15.70 – £16.00 per hour

About the Role

Hero Recruitment is urgently seeking experienced and compassionate Care Support Workers to provide 1:1 support for a client based in Ryde (PO33). These are ongoing, daily bank shifts, offering both consistency and flexibility, with the option to work full nights or split shifts.

About the Client

The client is a well-established Nursing Home, set within a beautifully converted Victorian Residence. A purpose-built dementia unit provides a safe, calm, and supportive environment for residents living with dementia.

• Delivering high-quality 1:1 personal care with dignity and respect
• Supporting daily living activities and night-time routines
• Promoting comfort, independence, and wellbeing
• Supporting individuals with dementia-specific needs
• Building a trusting and professional relationship with the client
• Maintaining accurate care records and documentation
• Working in line with care plans and best practice standards

About You

• Previous experience as a Care Support Worker / Healthcare Assistant (essential)
• Dementia care experience highly desirable
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable
• Able to commit to ongoing bank shifts
• Professional with strong communication skills
