Location: Ryde, PO33 ⏰ Hours: Ongoing Daily Bank Work Shift Pattern: • Full Shift: 4:00 PM – 10:30 AM OR • Split Shifts Available: – 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM – 1:00 AM – 10:30 AM

Pay: £15.70 – £16.00 per hour

About the Role

Hero Recruitment is urgently seeking experienced and compassionate Care Support Workers to provide 1:1 support for a client based in Ryde (PO33). These are ongoing, daily bank shifts, offering both consistency and flexibility, with the option to work full nights or split shifts.

The client is a well-established Nursing Home, set within a beautifully converted Victorian Residence. A purpose-built dementia unit provides a safe, calm, and supportive environment for residents living with dementia.
