Qualified Band 5 Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner - West Team, Hockley

Want to join a well-established, friendly and supportive IAPT team? Birmingham Healthy Minds is looking for dynamic and enthusiastic BABCP/BPS registered PWP's to enhance our reputable service. As a motivated PWP with good Cognitive Behavioural Therapy skills, you will inspire clients to improve their mental health using computerised CBT, video work, one-to-one and group workshops. Part of your role will include assessing a client's suitability for BHM, and where appropriate, signposting to other more suitable services.

Our current step 2 team is arranging a timetable of community events to reach out to Birmingham's diverse communities and reduce the stigma of accessing mental health services. We actively encourage our team members to become involved in service development and support sharing innovative ideas through our Teams chat.

At Birmingham Healthy Minds, we offer a blended working model combining office, community-based venues, and remote, home working options. We also provide appointments outside standard hours (9am-5pm), including evenings.
