B2B Sales Account Manager - B2B -Hybrid-Upto 35k plus commission

We're looking for an experienced and results-driven B2B Account Manager to join a newly formed Account Management Team. This role will focus on increasing sales and loyalty from existing and previously active B2B customers, with a strong emphasis on relationship building, retention, and reactivation.
Working in a tight-knit team, you'll have a real impact on shaping the long term success of our clients B2B account management team.

Key Responsibilities:
Strengthen and grow relationships across a diverse B2B customer base
Increase repeat ordering, retention, and overall customer lifetime value
Proactively re-engage lapsed or dormant accounts
Identify and support promising new accounts to develop long-term loyalty
Profile and prospect for new customers using existing data
Manage a portfolio of B2B customers through regular phone and email contact
