B2B Sales Account Manager - B2B | Hybrid | Up to £35k + Commission

We're looking for an experienced and results-driven B2B Account Manager to join a newly formed Account Management Team. While this is a purely B2B role , we will also consider candidates from a strong B2C sales background who can demonstrate transferable relationship management, retention and commercial skills.
This role will focus on increasing sales and loyalty from existing and previously active B2B customers, with a strong emphasis on relationship building, retention, and reactivation. Working in a tight-knit team, you'll have a real impact on shaping the long-term success of our client's B2B account management team.

Key Responsibilities

Strengthen and grow relationships across a diverse B2B customer base

Increase repeat ordering, retention, and overall customer lifetime value

Proactively re-engage lapsed or dormant accounts

Identify and support promising new accounts to develop long-term loyalty

Profile and prospect for new customers using existing data

Manage a portfolio of B2B customers through regular phone and email contact

Collaborate with colleagues across sales, marketing, and operations to improve customer outcomes

Use CRM tools to monitor account activity and identify growth opportunities

Maintain accurate records, track KPIs and contribute to team success

What We're Looking For

Minimum 3 years' experience in account management or sales (B2B or strong B2C background considered)

Proven track record in retaining and growing customer accounts

Confident communicator with experience selling physical products

Commercially minded, target-driven, and highly motivated

Strong negotiation skills and a strategic approach to customer engagement

Excellent phone manner and ability to build rapport with senior buyers
