This is a hands-on role for someone who brings energy, patience, and consistency to the classroom and takes pride in making a measurable difference every day.

The role You will: Support teachers to deliver structured, engaging lessons Provide tailored support to pupils 1:1 and in small groups Help create a calm, positive, and inclusive learning environment Deliver bespoke interventions in partnership with teaching staff and wider support teams Encourage communication, independence, and emotional regulation through consistent routines Requirements To be considered, you must have: A

Bachelors degree from a UK university Experience supporting children with
