Overview

We are seeking an Audit Senior Manager based out of our London office to lead a portfolio of financial services clients, with a particular focus on CASS reasonable assurance audits. Your role will shape the future of the CASS audit team and support the development of our CASS specialism by working closely with our technical team and consulting colleagues.

Responsibilities

  • Managing a portfolio of FCA CASS reasonable assurance clients.
  • Identifying and resolving key audit matters and contentious items, in consultation with the client, senior members of the team and our national technical team as appropriate.
  • Developing the training program and CASS audit methodology.
  • Being actively involved in financial services CASS business development, including attending and participating in events.

Qualifications

  • ACA or ACCA qualified (or equivalent).
  • Extensive CASS audit experience, including CASS 7, CASS 8 and CASS 15.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to coach and develop a team and actively build a talent pipeline.
  • Previous experience in developing work programmes and training would be advantageous.
