Audit Senior Manager – CASS – RSM UK (London, UK)

RSM is a globally networked audit, tax and consulting firm with a clear ambition to become the premium adviser to middle‑market businesses worldwide. We are seeking an experienced audit professional with deep CASS expertise to lead a portfolio of financial services clients from our London office.

Responsibilities

  • Managing a portfolio of FCA CASS reasonable assurance clients.
  • Identifying and resolving key audit matters and contentious items in consultation with the client, senior members of the team and our national technical team.
  • Developing the training program and CASS audit methodology.
  • Actively involved in financial services CASS business development, including attending and participating in events.

Qualifications

  • ACA or ACCA qualified (or equivalent).
  • Extensive CASS audit experience, including CASS 7, CASS 8 and CASS 15.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to coach, develop a team and build a talent pipeline.
  • Previous experience in developing work programmes and training would be advantageous.
