Role Overview: Our audit directors are responsible individuals who deliver and sign off high‑quality audits. The role emphasises strategic growth of the audit team, business development, coaching, and fostering an inclusive culture. We seek experienced RI professionals with a high audit quality rating in the listed or larger mid‑market space who are passionate about coaching teams and building long‑standing client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver and sign off high‑quality audits for our clients.
  • Lead strategic growth and development of the audit team.
  • Business development and client relationship management.
  • Coaching and mentoring audit staff to achieve excellence.
  • Championing an inclusive and high‑performing culture.

Qualifications

  • Experienced RI professional with strong audit quality record.
  • Background in listed or larger mid‑market clients.
  • Proven coaching and leadership skills.
  • Commitment to inclusive culture and high performance.
  • Desire to take a strategic leadership role towards partnership.
