Job Description
- Audit Directors are Responsible Individuals focusing on delivering and signing off high‑quality audits.
- Heavy focus on strategic growth of the team, business development, and fostering an inclusive culture.
- Seeking existing RIs with a high audit quality rating, operating in listed or larger mid‑market space, passionate about coaching teams and building long‑standing client relationships.
- Opportunity to take a leading strategic role with a firm that supports your growth and development journey to Partner.
Benefits
In addition to a competitive salary and reward package, we plan to introduce an Employee Benefit Trust (EBT), making us the only large UK firm to offer equity units below partner grade. A material amount of equity for future partners has been held back during the investment period, protecting the future generation of partners.
We invest heavily in our people’s skills, starting with a £1.2 million investment in first‑of‑its‑kind “3D” Data‑Driven Digital mindset training.
We keep a keen eye on quality – the only firm to ever receive 100 % on‑file reviews, not once but twice.
We support our teams to deliver their best work by having open conversations at the start of each audit, ensuring everyone’s ways of working and personal commitments are understood.
We don’t make empty promises about promotions and progression. Instead, we support your development from day one, creating clear plans to put you on the pathway for promotion.
Note to agencies – we operate a direct sourcing model but have a formal PSL in place if needed. We will only consider speculative CVs or candidate profiles directed to the Talent & Recruitment team, not to the Audit practice.
