Job Description

This is a career opportunity within a accountancy practice.

Working in an established audit team, you must be ACA or ACCA qualified and have UK Audit experience from an accountancy practice

Clients are from the Midlands area. There are very few clients outside of the midlands with NO overnight clients in the portfolio.

You will manage a corporate portfolio of mixed UK trades/sectors and report directly into the Audit Partner.

Planning, leading and completing the Audits. You will manage the whole audit process you will provide a full technical Audit service to the clients.

You will asses and recommend implementations to improve the audit process for the business going forwards, advise on areas for development and ways to improve the business.

A full internal support team will provide the full testing service, you will manage and mentor the juniors/semi seniors and ensure that the audits are completed on time, to budget and to the clients technical requirements.

You will have access to large corporate audits that will test and improve your technical ability and offer you the opportunity to progress to manager as a result of your own performance.
