The Role

  • Assist on Real Estate Finance and CRE Structured Debt transactions across a broad range of assets, acting for both lenders and sponsors.
  • Draft and negotiate key finance documents, including complex facility agreements, fee letters, syndication letters, mezzanine documents, priority arrangements and intercreditor agreements.
  • Advise on financing structures across offices, residential, retail, hotels and logistics assets — from vanilla investment work to structured debt and large-scale developments.
  • Support the project management of transactions, working closely with partners, associates and paralegals.
  • Contribute to sector and specialist groups to deepen your expertise and share knowledge across the firm.


Skills & Experience

  • A strong understanding of Real Estate Finance concepts and the wider market.
  • A commercial mindset and the ability to deliver clear, concise and practical legal advice.
  • Proactive, adaptable and well-organised approach in a fast-paced environment.
