Employment Law Solicitor

We’re seeking an Employment Law, Associate Solicitor to join a highly experienced, Legal 500–listed team with a growing reputation for excellence. This is a great opportunity to work alongside leading specialists (many with 15+ years’ PQE) on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters.

The role:

You’ll advise and represent a diverse client base — from SMEs to large national and international businesses — across sectors including Health & Social Care and Leisure & Hospitality. Work will range from:

• Defending complex ET and EAT claims (PIDA, discrimination, equal pay, unfair dismissal)
• Advising on day-to-day HR issues, contracts, and handbooks
• Supporting internal procedures and delivering training sessions for clients
• Drafting settlement agreements and providing pragmatic, commercial advice

What we’re looking for:

• UK-qualified solicitor or barrister (3+ PQE) with employment law experience
• Strong advocacy, drafting, and case management skills
• Ability to prioritise a varied workload in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent client care and communication skills
