Private Equity, London, 3-5 PQE

We are instructed on a new 3-5 PQE Private Equity opportunity with our international City firm client in London.

What the work will involve: You will work on a wide variety of PE transactions – including buy-outs, growth capital, distressed deals, exit strategies (including IPOs) and M&A. You will play a key role throughout the transaction lifecycle, acting as a trusted point of contact for clients and helping to drive deals forwards.
