Private Property / Real Estate Associate Solicitor – Agricultural, Rural, and Landed Estates

The Role

This Associate position offers a diverse caseload spanning prime residential transactions, landed estates, and strategic property matters. You will be working with a multidisciplinary team that supports clients ranging from international investors and developers to historic estate owners and rural landowners.

Expect to be involved in a wide range of matters, including:

• High-value residential acquisitions and disposals, including those from overseas jurisdictions
• Agricultural and rural estate transactions
• Strategic land use and development advice
• Tax-efficient structuring and cross-border coordination
• Planning, renovation, and leasing matters
• Conservation, tourism, and environmental land use

What We are Looking For:

We are seeking a bright, commercially minded junior solicitor with a genuine interest in the property market and rural affairs. You will be joining a collaborative, agile team that values initiative and innovation.

Key Requirements:

• England & Wales qualified solicitor (1-5 PQE)
• Proven understanding and interest in rural matters including land and agricultural estates
• Strong drafting and research skills
• Excellent communication and client-handling abilities
• Strong academic background
• Comfortable working in the London HQ 3 days per week

Compensation & Benefits

• £95,000 - £115,000 base salary according to PQE and experience
