The Role

You will join a busy and well-established Real Estate team, advising on a wide range of commercial property matters for a diverse client base.

Your work will include acquisitions and disposals (including corporate share transactions), asset management, and landlord and tenant matters. You’ll also be involved in drafting and negotiating key real estate documents such as sale and purchase agreements, leases, agreements for lease and ancillary documentation.

Alongside transactional work, you’ll support on due diligence exercises, including the preparation and review of reports on title, and collaborate closely with colleagues across construction, tax, finance, planning and corporate teams, often on multi-jurisdictional matters.

The role offers a strong balance of responsibility and support, with the opportunity to take ownership of matters while continuing to develop within a highly experienced and internationally connected team.


The Candidate

  • 2-5 PQE Real Estate Solicitor
  • Experience across commercial real estate transactions, ideally including acquisitions, disposals and asset management
  • Strong drafting and negotiation skills across core real estate documentation
  • A commercial and solutions-focused approach to client work
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary and international team
  • A proactive attitude and the confidence to take on responsibility within a fast-paced environment
