Lead and support on a wide range of cross-border corporate transactions Manage teams across the UK and internationally Develop and maintain strong client relationships Contribute to business development and sector profile-raising initiatives Supervise and mentor junior lawyers Work closely with specialists across IP, data, regulatory and competition

Candidate requirements

Minimum 5 years' PQE in corporate M&A Strong technical drafting skills and commercial awareness Experience or interest TMC sectors including individual sectors such as gambling. Ability to deliver practical, client-focused advice Strong interpersonal and communication skills
