We are working with a leading US law firm based in London for an Associate to join their Finance team.

The Role: The successful candidate will join an innovative Finance team. The solicitor will work at the forefront of transactional and fund finance, with access to top-tier clients, complex cross-border deals on a global platform.

The solicitor will work across a range of sophisticated finance matters including fund finance, leveraged and acquisition finance, syndicated lending, among other areas. The team advises both lenders and borrowers, including financial institutions, funds, and private credit providers.

Essential Criteria: 2-3 years’ PQE; Strong background in general finance and fund finance; Strong academics; Technically excellent; Willingness to become involved in business development; Ability to work independently and as a team.
