The Role The firm is looking for a skilled and driven solicitor with strong academic credentials or equivalent expertise, ideally from a well-respected commercial law firm with a well-regarded Real Estate practice. The ideal candidate will be proactive, confident in handling matters independently, and committed to delivering high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities Managing your own caseload of a diverse portfolio of property finance transactions, including acquisitions, investment, bridging, and development finance. You will be acting for various lenders including large banks performing due diligence for lenders making loans.
