This Associate Civil Engineer role sits at the heart of the Manchester office, offering autonomy to lead projects end to end, mentor engineers and support the continued growth of an already strong client base.\n\nThe role\n\nAs an Associate Civil Engineer, you will lead the delivery of civil and infrastructure projects while helping shape and grow the local team.\n\nKey responsibilities include:\n\n* Leading highways, drainage, SuDS and civil infrastructure design\n * Managing and mentoring engineers within the Manchester team\n * Acting as the main point of contact for clients, architects and stakeholders\n * Reviewing designs, calculations, drawings and technical reports\n * Supporting fee proposals, business development and project resourcing\n * Ensuring quality, compliance and delivery to programme and budget\n\nAbout you\n\nThis role suits an experienced Associate Civil Engineer or a Senior Civil Engineer ready to step up.\n\nYou will ideally have:\n\n* A degree in Civil or Structural Engineering\n * 7+ years' UK consultancy experience\n * Strong background in infrastructure, roads or drainage projects\n * Proficiency in AutoCAD and relevant civil design software\n * Experience mentoring engineers and supporting business growth\n\nEligibility to Apply\n\nApplicants must already have the right to work in the UK.
