You bring positive energy to the sales floor, lead by example, and create a workplace that is fun, inspiring, and performance‑driven whilst embodying the Company’s core values. You actively support recruiting, onboarding, and developing the team, ensuring smooth operations and a superior shopping experience together with Store Management. You analyse KPIs, develop long‑term strategies, and motivate your team – because at Fossil, it’s Greater Together. Your Responsibilities
Daily coaching, motivation, and support of the team Close collaboration with the Store Manager on targets, KPIs and team leadership Shared responsibility for recruiting, onboarding, and developing employees Monitor sales figures, KPIs, and operational processes Ensure store standards and Company policy and procedures are upheld Provide training on product, promotions, initiatives and selling skills Act in the capacity of chair for employee meetings i.e touchbases, welfare, misconduct Liaise with centre management as required, ie job boards, private sale, promotions Promote a positive team culture and superior selling experience Take over store management/leadership in the absence of the Store Manager
Who You Are
Leadership experience in retail, ideally in the fashion/lifestyle sector Strong communication and interpersonal skills Positive, inclusive, and motivating leadership style Passion for developing others and celebrating successes together Analytical mindset and hands‑on approach Confident in the management of all store operations
