Assistant Site Managers

I am working with a PLC House Builder based in Essex who are looking to appoint 3 x Assistant Site Managers for new sites in Colchester, Clacton and Braintree.

Responsibilities:
Managing health and safety
Build strong relationships with the contractors on site to coordinate the individual trades to ensure they are meeting build targets.
Working with customer care to ensure all customer journey plans are adhered to from start to finish.
Working alongside NHBC to carry out plot inspections and key site
Mentoring and developing all trainees and apprentices across the site.

Key Attributes:
Experienced Assistant Site Manager with a minimum of 3 years in Volume House Building.
Fully conversant in NHBC standards.
CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid, Scaffold Inspection.
Experience of site sizes from 100 - 350 units.
On offer is a basic salary of £45,000 - £52,000 plus car allowance, pension, healthcare, 25 days leave, bonus.
