Yauatcha Soho, part of Hakkasan Group, home to the internationally acclaimed Hakkasan and Yauatcha restaurants, is seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities Support the Restaurant Manager in delivering exceptional service and guest experience.
Lead by example on the floor, ensuring high standards of presentation and professionalism.
Oversee smooth day-to-day restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures.
Supervise and support the front-of-house team during service.
Assist with staff training, scheduling and development.
Maintain stock levels, oversee deliveries and support inventory control.
Ensure compliance with health & safety, food hygiene and licensing regulations.
What Were Looking For Experience in a supervisory or management role within a quality restaurant environment.
Strong understanding of restaurant operations and service standards.
Confident leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support a team.
Highly organised with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment.
Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Proof of eligibility to work in the United Kingdom.
