About the Role As Assistant Restaurant Manager, youll work closely with the management team to uphold Muranos standards of excellence and hospitality. You will: Lead, train and support the team to deliver exceptional service. Be confident and composed on the floor, leading by example. Show passion for food, wine and genuine hospitality.
