Key Responsibilities

* Analyse market trends to inform trading decisions

* Build and develop range structures aligned with brand strategy

* Present and implement effective pricing strategies

* Review previous seasons and assess supplier performance

* Produce accurate demand forecasts

* Manage sizing, forecasts, and inventory within internal systems

* Regularly review budgets and identify opportunities for cost efficiencies

* Monitor in-season performance, including sales, stock levels, and markdowns

About You

* Confident using data analysis tools to interpret sales performance and market trends

* Strong understanding of pricing and markdown strategies to drive profitability

* Currently working as an Assistant or Junior Merchandiser, with hands-on experience planning and trading a department

* Trend-aware, with experience collaborating closely with Buying and Design teams

* Skilled in forecasting and inventory management

* Highly numerate with strong commercial awareness
