We are seeking an Estimator with experience in civils, utilities, or related engineering disciplines .

This role is ideal for someone with an established estimating background or a technically strong graduate with first principles estimating capabilities looking to grow in a practical environment.

Key Responsibilities Prepare take-offs and develop tender submissions.

Organise tender enquiries and manage correspondence.

Produce accurate estimates in a timely, efficient manner.

Review technical and project information to create cost breakdowns.

Work closely with project teams to support winning bids.

Skills & Experience Proven experience in estimating within utilities (gas, water, power) and/or pipeline civil engineering.

Experience in pricing from first principles (essential).

Strong track record in securing projects through tenders.

Understanding of project management practices and terminology.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, ideally including Microsoft Project.

Full UK driving licence.

Qualifications Degree or HNC in a relevant engineering discipline (or equivalent).

Previous engineering/site experience.

Minimum 5 years estimating experience preferred however, technically strong candidates with first principles understanding and high motivation will be considered.
