Your Role
You’ll support the wider delivery team in managing multiple projects from pre-construction to handover. This includes:

Assisting in the planning, coordination, and delivery of projects (typically £250K–£2M)

Liaising with site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients
*
Helping to manage project programmes, costs, procurement, and health & safety
*
Attending site progress meetings and tracking deadlines
*
Supporting the preparation of reports, RAMS, and contract documentation
*
Contributing to continuous improvement and snag-free delivery
✅ What We’re Looking For
*
5+ years’ experience in construction, within refurb or fit-out
*
Excellent organisational and communication skills
*
Confident with Microsoft Office, project management software, and reporting
*
Understanding of construction programmes, health & safety, and CDM regs
*
CSCS card (required); SMSTS/SSSTS is a bonus
*
A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to grow with the business
