This is an excellent opportunity for someone with site or project coordination experience looking to gain commercial exposure and progress toward full contracts management.

Your Role
You’ll support the wider delivery team in managing multiple projects from pre-construction to handover. This includes:

Assisting in the planning, coordination, and delivery of projects (typically £250K–£2M)
*
Liaising with site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients
*
Helping to manage project programmes, costs, procurement, and health & safety
*
Attending site progress meetings and tracking deadlines
*
Supporting the preparation of reports, RAMS, and contract documentation
*
Contributing to continuous improvement and snag-free delivery
