Job Description:

We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Assembly Operative to join our team in Tewkesbury. This is a hands-on role that involves manual work and heavy lifting, making it ideal for someone with a practical mindset and a strong work ethic.

Full training will be provided; however, previous experience in a similar assembly or manufacturing environment is beneficial.

Key Responsibilities:

Assemble mechanical or electronic components according to technical drawings or instructions Use hand tools and power tools to complete tasks, including:

Cutting (Sawing) Tapping (Producing threads) Assembly (Fixings)

Inspect finished products for quality, defects, or inconsistencies Package and label completed units Follow standard operating procedures and production schedules Report defects or equipment issues to supervisors promptly Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area
