Assembly Operative – Temp to Perm Day Shift – Based in Pershore, Worcestershire £12.50 per hour + Weekly Bonus (£20 p/w approx.)

RE Recruitment have an exciting opportunity for a practically minded Assembly Operative to join a fast-growing company based in Pershore (Worcestershire).

The Role

This hands-on position involves:

Assembly of components using basic hand and power tools (wrenches, drills, pneumatic rivet guns) Manual handling of parts up to 25kg, with crane assistance provided for larger assemblies Working as part of a team to meet production targets Full training will be provided, but previous experience in a similar environment is beneficial.

Monday to Thursday: 07:00 – 15:30 Friday: 07:00 – 13:00 (early finish) Pay & Benefits
