Role Overview
We are looking for a driven and customer-focused Area Sales Manager to cover the Midlands region. Working for a well-established Construction Equipment dealership, you will be responsible for selling a range of construction equipment and power generation solutions into the Construction, Industrial, and Waste & Recycling markets.
This role is focused on developing new business, growing existing accounts, and strengthening the company’s presence across the region through a consultative, solutions-led sales approach.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and develop sales activity across the Midlands territory
Sell a range of construction equipment and power generation products, including associated service and support offerings
Identify and convert new business opportunities while maintaining and growing existing customer relationships
Build strong relationships with end users, plant managers, site managers, and procurement teams
Conduct regular customer visits, site surveys, and equipment demonstrations
