Position Agile Business Analyst Consultant Hybrid Working
Hybrid working – in the office or on client site a minimum of 2‑3 days per week, up to 5 days per week on a client site. Based at our London Victoria location. Close date 4th May – apply ASAP.
Responsibilities As an Agile Business Analyst you will work with a team to deliver complex technology‑enabled change initiatives using Agile methodologies, facilitating effective communication between technical and business teams and contributing to meaningful digital change for our clients.
Combine cross‑functional skills in business analysis, digital delivery and Agile methodology to deliver tangible benefits across industries. Work with innovative technologies and best‑practice methodologies to deliver best‑in‑class consulting. Collaborate in multidisciplinary teams to design and deliver solutions for complex problems. Develop PA's vibrant Agile and BA community, supported to innovate and grow. Grow professionally through training such as BCS BA, SAFe, and AWS. Support social value and I&D initiatives throughout the year. Take opportunities to be involved at all stages of the sales lifecycle and expand offerings to clients.
Qualifications Must have
At least 2 years experience as a Business Analyst within a digital delivery team. At least 2 years relevant consulting experience or equivalent. Experience eliciting, refining, and prioritising requirements for digital teams. Experience with Agile requirements management (EPICS, user stories, acceptance criteria). Experience developing user journeys, use cases and process maps.
Also have
Ability to use Agile/product backlog tools such as JIRA, Azure, or similar. Experience operating as a Business Analyst throughout the delivery lifecycle (Discovery, Alpha, Beta, Live). Experience developing DoRs, DoDs and writing/quality‑assuring acceptance criteria. Ability to facilitate continuous improvement of Agile ways of working through retrospectives. Understanding of different delivery models (waterfall, iterative, continuous delivery). Understanding of Agile scaling frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, Scrum@Scale).
