As such, we are looking for an exceptional Agile Business Analyst to join our growing team. As an Agile Business Analyst who specialises in digital delivery, you will work as part of a team to deliver complex technology‑enabled change initiatives using Agile methodologies. By playing a crucial role in facilitating effective communication between technical and business teams, you will be at the heart of delivering meaningful digital change for our clients by applying Agile methodologies.
You will have the opportunity to:

Develop PA’s vibrant Agile and BA community, where you’ll be supported to fail fast, innovate, and develop.
Grow and develop professionally through support networks and participation in a wide variety of training, such as BCS BA, SAFe, and AWS.
Support social value and I&D initiatives throughout the year with reserved time to contribute across the firm.
Take opportunities to become involved at all stages of the sales lifecycle and seek to expand offerings to clients.
You must have:
At least 2 years’ experience working as a Business Analyst within a digital delivery team.
At least 2 years’ relevant consulting experience or equivalent.
Experience of eliciting, refining and prioritising requirements for digital teams.
Experience of Agile requirements management including EPICS, user stories and acceptance criteria.
Experience of developing User Journeys, Use Cases and Process Maps.
You will also have some of the following:
Able to use Agile / product backlog tools such as JIRA, Azure or similar.
Experience operating as a Business Analyst throughout the digital delivery lifecycle (e.g., Discovery, Alpha, Beta, and Live).
Experience developing Definition of Ready (DoR), Definition of Done (DoD) and writing and quality‑assuring Acceptance Criteria.
An ability to facilitate continuous improvement of Agile ways of working through retrospectives.
A thorough understanding of different delivery models from waterfall, to iterative, to continuous delivery within high‑profile deliveries.
An understanding of Agile scaling frameworks including SAFe, LeSS, and Scrum@Scale.
