Job Description

Key Responsibilities


Mangement Support

Offer critical thinking and input on matters brought to the CEO’s attention, providing clear analysis and practical recommendations.

Ensure follow-through on decisions, initiatives, and commitments made by the CEO, coordinating with responsible teams and individuals.

Attend high-level meetings, take ownership of post-meeting action items, and follow up to ensure completion.

Partner with the Senior Advisor to manage the CEO’s schedule, key events, and corporate meetings.

Coordinate briefing materials and assist in preparation for Board, Investment Committee, and executive-level discussions.


Stakeholder Strategic Alignment

Support the company’s investment and fundraising goals by helping align communications, meetings, and strategic outreach efforts.

Draft high-quality speeches, talking points, memos, and presentations for internal and external engagements.

Develop concept notes and PowerPoint presentations on new initiatives or strategic proposals.

Build relationships across the executive team, internal departments, and external stakeholders to stay attuned to emerging issues.

Monitor progress on key projects and ensure they align with broader business objectives.

Conduct market research and trend analysis to support decision-making and long-term planning.


Qualifications & Experience

A Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.

8–12 years of experience in private equity infrastructure across emerging markets.

Exposure to infrastructure, development finance, or private equity is highly desirable.

Proven ability to work across multiple workstreams and regions with diverse stakeholders.

Superior written and verbal communication skills in both English and French (bilingual fluency is essential).

Comfortable working independently, often with limited direction, and adaptable to changing circumstances.

High emotional intelligence, discretion, and professionalism in dealing with sensitive or confidential matters.

Willingness to travel and work extended hours when needed.
