Temporary to Perm| Full-Time: 37.5 Hours/Week | Mon-Fri

Are you a highly organised and detail-driven administrator looking for your next opportunity? We're recruiting for a Temporary Administration Assistant to join a fast-paced team in Thanet for a temporary on-going assignment with the opportunity to go permanent for the right candidate, with an immediate start.

Key Responsibilities:

* Booking jobs using a case management system * Liaising with clients to confirm instructions and provide updates * Coordinating with various parties to ensure deadlines and service standards are met * Maintaining accurate records and documentation * Preparing formal reports, statements, and invoices * Handling enquiries professionally via phone and email

About You:

* Organised & Efficient - able to manage a high-volume caseload * Excellent Communicator - confident on the phone and in writing * Tech-Savvy - proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel * Quick Learner - confident using new software and systems * Fast & Accurate Typist - ideally 60+ words per minute * Flexible & Reliable - willing to adapt and occasionally work outside standard hours if needed
