The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining efficient office operations, supporting various administrative functions, and ensuring smooth communication across departments. Responsibilities: Managing day-to-day administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management Handling incoming calls with professional phone etiquette and directing enquiries appropriately Maintaining accurate records using Microsoft Office applications Helping with Invoicing, Stock control and order processing Supporting financial processes through data entry and basic bookkeeping tasks Preparing reports, correspondence, and other documentation as required Organising office supplies and ensuring the workspace remains tidy and functional Collaborating with different departments to improve administrative procedures and workflows Admin support for multiple departments Skills Proven office experience with strong organisational skills Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office Excellent data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail Strong typing ability to ensure efficient document processing Previous clerical or administrative experience is highly desirable Good phone etiquette with clear communication skills Ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, scanners, and telephony systems Working hours: Monday to Friday: 9:00 - 17:00 Due to the rural location in Wem (with relocation to Telford by the end of September), candidates must have their own transport. xehkeey Pay:14£/ph, with an increase to £14.50/ph once you secure a permanent position.
