Account Manager – Paddington

£76,300 + Package

An established FM provider is looking for an Account Manager to take control of a key London account in Paddington. This isn’t a sit-back position — it needs someone who can lead from the front, manage engineers properly, and take real responsibility for performance and delivery.

What you’ll be doing

* Running the account day-to-day — no hand-holding

* Leading engineers and supervisors, setting standards and driving performance

* Owning client relationships and keeping them tight

* Managing budgets, costs, and overall contract performance

* Delivering hard FM services (PPM + reactive) without excuses

What you need

* Solid FM background (Account Manager / Contract Manager level)

* Strong technical grounding (electrical or mechanical)

* Experience leading teams — not just managing on paper

* Commercial awareness — understands cost vs performance

* Someone who takes ownership and sorts problems

This role suits someone who’s already operating at this level and wants more control, or a strong Contract Manager ready to step up
