Duties:
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact
* Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
* Analyse client data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction
* Lead initiatives to enhance customer engagement and retention strategies
* Prepare and present regular reports on account status, sales forecasts, and performance metrics
Experience:
* Proven experience in account management or a similar role within a sales environment
* A solid understanding of sales principles and practices is essential
* Ability to analyse data effectively and make informed decisions based on insights gained
* Experience within the same industry or manufacturing industry
* 3+ years’ Experience in selling within a technical environment
Pay: £25,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
