Responsibilities in your new role as Account Manager
As the Account Manager, you'll be instrumental in driving growth and building strong client relationships. You'll proactively win new business within the creative sector, using both self-generated and providing leads, while managing and expanding an existing portfolio of accounts. Your day-to-day will include running engaging Zoom demos, confidently presenting the service, and closing deals efficiently. You'll take ownership of your Salesforce pipeline, keeping it accurate and up to date, and use a mix of phone, email and LinkedIn to develop lasting professional relationships. Working closely with a small, collaborative team, you'll contribute to delivering strong results and shaping the future direction of the business.
Your personality, experience and qualifications
We're looking for an enthusiastic and resilient individual who is ready to make a significant impact. You'll bring a minimum of 2 years' experience in account management or sales, ideally with some exposure to the creative industry, though this is a bonus. You possess excellent communication skills, both over the phone and when presenting confidently on Zoom. You genuinely love the thrill of the hunt for new business as much as you enjoy nurturing long-term client relationships. As a highly organised, self-motivated, and progress-hungry professional, you can effectively handle multiple projects and bounce back with resilience from the occasional "no". You are a natural relationship builder who consistently leaves a positive and lasting impression.
