The agency partners with a mix of retail, fashion, lifestyle and FMCG brands, delivering creative integrated campaigns that span brand, design, events, media and retail rollouts. About the role…

As Account Director, you’ll be a senior client partner, leading relationships and owning the delivery of integrated campaigns and all client media rollouts from brief through to execution. You’ll take full ownership of key accounts, acting as a strategic and commercial decision maker, while shaping campaign direction, planning and activation ideas. You’ll play a key role in ideation, ensuring campaigns are innovative and aligned to client objectives.


What you’ll be doing day to day…

• Leading senior client relationships as a trusted strategic partner

• Owning the delivery of integrated campaigns and all media rollouts

• Driving campaign strategy, planning and activation ideas

• Contributing to creative ideation and campaign development

• Ensuring work is delivered on brief, on time and on budget

• Working closely with internal teams to deliver high quality output

• Supporting pitch work and wider agency initiatives


About you…

This role would suit an Account Director who thrives in an agency environment, enjoys shaping campaigns from concept to activation, and is confident leading clients and internal teams. You’re strategic, commercially aware and proactive in bringing ideas to life.


What we’re looking for…

• Proven experience as an Account Director within a creative agency

• Strong experience across retail campaigns

• Strategic and commercially minded

• Strong planning skills with the ability to deliver campaigns effectively

• Confident managing multiple accounts and stakeholders

• Experience leading and developing junior team members

• A clear communicator who builds long term client partnerships
