Zealous Agency are proud to be partnered with an established, award-winning integrated agency in Leeds that is looking for an experienced Account Director to join the growing team and take ownership of a diverse portfolio of clients spanning brand, creative, digital and performance marketing.The Account Director is a key client leadership role within a collaborative, multi-disciplinary agency environment. You’ll be responsible for driving strong relationships, delivering strategic excellence and ensuring commercial performance across your accounts.As an Account Director, you will act as the senior day-to-day lead across several integrated accounts. You’ll partner closely with clients to understand their commercial objectives, translating these into cohesive strategies delivered by specialist creative, strategy and performance teams.You’ll balance strategic oversight with operational control, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget and to a consistently high standard.ResponsibilitiesClient PartnershipOwn relationships across mid to senior stakeholdersDevelop a clear understanding of each client’s business, challenges and growth ambitionsDeliver confident, engaging presentations and performance reviewsMaintain regular communication around sentiment, risks and opportunitiesStrategic & Creative DirectionOversee the development of integrated campaigns across the full media mixWrite clear, inspiring briefs that drive strong creative and performance outputsEnsure all activity is aligned to agreed KPIs and commercial objectivesReview and challenge work to continuously elevate qualityCommercial AccountabilityTake responsibility for account profitability and revenue growthIdentify organic growth and cross-channel opportunitiesEnsure accurate forecasting and project scopingTeam & Process LeadershipSupport and mentor account team membersCoordinate effectively with strategy, digital and creative disciplinesContribute to refining agency processes and improving ways of workingWhat we are looking forSignificant agency experience within an integrated or digital marketing agencyStrong understanding of performance marketing alongside brand and creative deliveryProven track record of managing multi-channel client portfoliosCommercially aware with experience managing budgets and forecastingHighly organised with excellent stakeholder management skillsConfident communicator with the ability to influence and inspireThis opportunity offers the chance to shape meaningful client partnerships within a respected integrated agency environment, working across some of the largest brands and household names in the UK.
