The business is known for blending creativity with commercial thinking to create experiences that drive engagement, cultural relevance and measurable return.The RoleThis is a senior client services role focused on leading complex experiential programmes across retail, flagship environments and multi-location rollouts.As Account Director, you’ll act as the senior day-to-day partner to key clients, overseeing the strategic, creative and commercial delivery of projects while ensuring the work remains culturally relevant, operationally sound and financially successful.You’ll sit at the centre of multidisciplinary teams, balancing client ambition with delivery realities and driving both account growth and experience quality.What You’ll Be DoingActing as senior point of contact for key experiential and retail clientsBuilding trusted, long-term relationships with senior stakeholdersAdvising clients on the role of experiential within the wider marketing mixLeading programmes spanning flagship stores, retail activations and ongoing experience platformsOwning and approving key documentation including briefs, budgets, timings and reportingOverseeing complex multi-project delivery across physical and live environmentsEnsuring clarity of scope, milestones, responsibilities and communication across teamsBalancing creative ambition with operational feasibility, timelines and cost controlEvaluating experience performance and feeding insights into future planningOwning account financial performance and approving project budgetsManaging profitability while maintaining high production and creative standardsIdentifying opportunities for organic account growth and additional revenueApplying strong commercial judgement to resource and delivery decisionsProviding direction, feedback and mentorship to account and project teamsSupporting resource planning and workload management across departmentsLeading by example to maintain energy, accountability and collaborationSharing knowledge and best practice to strengthen team capabilityWhat We’re Looking ForSignificant experience in an experiential, retail or integrated agency environmentProven track record managing large-scale brand experience or retail programmesExperience working with senior client stakeholders and managing complex approvalsStrong understanding of physical environments, live activations and rollout logisticsDemonstrable commercial ownership of accounts, including budgeting and forecastingExperience working on multi-market or international rolloutsBackground in premium or consumer-facing retail environmentsExposure to measurement frameworks and ROI evaluation in experientialKey SkillsExcellent client relationship management and stakeholder handlingStrong organisational and programme management skillsCommercially astute with a clear understanding of agency margins and delivery costsConfident presenter and facilitator in senior client meetingsAble to manage multiple workstreams and priorities in fast-paced environmentsExperience leading workshops, strategy sessions or co-creation processesNew business or pitch experienceHybrid working model with a mix of office, remote and on-site deliveryRegular travel to retail locations, live events and client officesFast-paced, collaborative agency culture with cross-functional project teamsPersonal AttributesConfident, calm and credible in senior client environmentsSolutions-focused with strong problem-solving instinctsCollaborative and team-oriented, with a positive and energetic leadership styleComfortable making decisions and taking ownership of outcomesPassionate about creating memorable, high-impact brand experiencesPlease get in touch with Hannah Lawry to discuss the role in more detail.
