We’re looking for an ambitious Junior Account Director to join our client’s growing team and take a leading role supporting one of their largest and most strategically important client accounts. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building strong client relationships, and has a natural ability to balance commercial thinking with operational delivery.Working within a dynamic print and mailing environment, you’ll act as a key point of contact for your client, ensuring campaigns are delivered seamlessly from concept through to execution. You’ll work closely with internal teams across production, data, fulfilment, and operations, coordinating multiple moving parts to ensure every campaign is delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both relationship management and hands‑on delivery. You’ll be confident working with campaign data, timelines, and reporting, while also spotting opportunities to add value and grow the account. From managing complex mailing schedules to supporting targeted communications and outreach campaigns, you’ll play a central role in driving client success and strengthening long‑term partnerships.You’ll also be involved in analysing campaign performance, working with data sets and segmentation strategies, and supporting the commercial management of the account, including reporting and invoicing oversight.
