This role will be responsible for servicing a renewal portfolio and becoming involved with new business production. You will be servicing a book of business, managing and providing a quality service, meeting client demands and needs in order to achieve optimum profitable renewal retention rate and growth. Alongside your book, you will be supporting Account Directors on larger corporate income cases. How you\'ll make an impact
Manage a portfolio of accounts ranging from £25k to £40k income, while supporting larger accounts of £75k and upwards. Deliver exceptional service to a diverse client base, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively. Utilize your technical and personal skills to maintain and grow your book of business. Engage in new business production, leveraging your expertise to identify and secure new opportunities. Collaborate with larger corporate support teams to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction. Conduct client visits and discussions to showcase your interpersonal skills and build strong relationships. Address account queries and credit control issues promptly, escalating concerns when necessary.
About You
Experience in the insurance industry, with a proven track record in the corporate space. Holding or working towards Chartered Insurance Institute Qualifications: Dip CII/ Cert CII. Strong technical skills and personal skills, with expertise in managing your own accounts. Demonstrated ability to generate and drive new business using exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Commitment to continually building industry knowledge and seeking development. Eligibility to work in the UK.
