£55,000 to £60,000 per annum Startup opportunity with potential share options in the future Company pension scheme Additional benefits as outlined by the employer
Responsibilities
Act as the go‑to technical contact for customers, supporting them with setup, troubleshooting, and day‑to‑day use. Run demos, training sessions, and workshops to help users maximise the software. Collaborate closely with R&D and sales to translate customer feedback into product improvements and support pre‑sales activities. Test new releases, improve documentation, and stay up to date with developments in electron microscopy.
Qualifications
Relevant understanding of 4D STEM. Relevant degree, masters or PhD in Materials Science, Physics, Biology, Engineering or a related field. Excellent problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills in both hardware and software contexts. Willingness to join a startup with clear financial backing and play a significant role in its success.
