£55,000 to £60,000 + Start Up Opportunity with potential Share Options in the future + Pension + Benefits

The Role: * Act as the go-to technical contact for customers, supporting them with setup, troubleshooting, and day-to-day use * Run demos, training sessions, and workshops to help users get the most out of the software * Work closely with R&D and sales to turn customer feedback into product improvements and support pre-sales activities * Test new releases, improve documentation, and stay up to date with the latest in electron microscopy
The Person: * Must have a relevant understanding of 4D STEM * Relevant Degree, Masters or PHD in Materials Science, Physics, Materials Science, Biology, Engineering or related field * Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills in both hardware and software contexts * Happy to join a start up with clear financial backing where you will play a huge role in the success of the business
