We are seeking a caring, committed, and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our friendly mainstream primary school in Oxfordshire - Chipping Norton. This rewarding role involves providing 1:1 support for a children, helping them to access learning and take part fully in daily school activities.

The Role:

Provide individualised 1:1 support throughout the school day Assist with learning activities, personal development, and social interaction Work closely with the class teacher and SEN staff to support learning plans Help create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment Support the child's independence, confidence, and engagement in school lifeThe Ideal Candidate:
